are due and payable upon delivery of goods therefor
and shall bear interest accordingly and that this in-
strument may be enforced at any time at the op-
tion of the said Turner & Butler and it is hereby further
agreed that should it become necessary to enforce
this instrument by legal proceeding the said Henry
B. King will pay therefor all reasonable attorneys fees

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on this the 10th day of March AD 1882, witness-
eth that Nathaniel Fowler in Consideration of the
sum of Forty one dollars already advanced by and 
now due to the firm of Turner & Butler of Levyville
Levy County Florida by me the said Nathaniel
Fowler by my note the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged and for the further Consideration of
one dollar in hand paid by these presents doth
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said firm
of Turner & Butler and to their heirs and assigns
all the right title interest and claim of mine
the said Nathaniel Fowler my heirs executors and
administrators of in and to all the Crops of what-
soever species kind or description now growing
or which may hereafter at any time in the fu-
ture be planted grown or gathered by me or for me
