lands in Alachua County, Florida until the debt hereby
secured with interest is fully paid; also the following
described property to wit: One (1) light Bay Mare
about Ten years now owned & being worked by me
To have and to hold all and singular the crops lands
and personal property above bargained and sold unto
the said G.K. Broome heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever; Provided Nevertheless that if the
said James Kirklin Shall well and truly pay or Cause
to be paid unto the said G.K. Broome the full amount
of the advances heretofore made and hereafter to be
made with the charges for commissions and interest on
the Same then this obligation to be void else to remain
in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed
that al amounts heretofore and hereafter advanced are
due and payable upon delivery of the goods therefor
and shall bear interest accordingly and that this
instrument may be enforced at any time at the
option of the said G.K. Broome; and it is hereby further
agreed that should it become necessary to enforce
this instrument by legal proceedings the said James
Kirklin will pay therefor all reasonable attorneys fees
and charges In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
