title and interest of the said partiea of the first part
therein This Grant is intended as a security for the
payment of a promissory note bearing even date
with this instrument of writing and made payable
the first day of January AD 1885 for the just sum of
Seven hundred dollars ($700.--) and Seized by the
parties of the first part and made payable to the
party of the second part which payment if duly
made will render this conveyance void and if
default shall be made in the payment of the said
principal then the said party of the second part
or her heirs executors administrators or assigns are
hereby authorized to sell the premises above granted or
so much thereof as will be necessary to Satisfy
the amount there due with the Costs and expenses

Alachua County } release of a certain mortgage deed on the North West quarter of Section Five (5) Township (12) Twelve South of Range
(23) Twenty Three East recorded in Book S pages 228 and 229 of the public records of Marion County Florida and of other good and valuable
considerations hereby sell assign transfer convey and make over and have hereby conveyed transfered assigned sold transfered over
unto J.B. Blake his heirs Executors administrators and assigns all our right title interest and estate in and to the within mortgage
and one note and debt secured thereby and the land thereby described being all our right title interest and estate in and to a certain mortgage
made by Nancy J. Quarles and James M. Quarles on the 22nd of February AD 1883 to Annie E. Bates and recorded in the public records of Alachua
County in Book F pages 622 623, 624 of the records of Mortgages and the note and debt thereby received and the real Estate therein described
and mortgaged and all evidences of indebtedness for which said mortgage was given as security to have and to hold the same
to him said J.B. Blake his heirs and assigns executors and administrators forever and to Collect acquit and
