or for my benefit on or off of any and all lands in
Alachua County Florida until the debt hereby secured
is fully paid with interest also the following described
property to wit - one Bay mare six (6) years old called
"Nat" and this instrument is to have the full force
favor and effect of a Mortgage and of a lien under
provisions of Chapter 1739 Laws of Florida entitled an
act to enable indigent persons to obtain credit and
secure the lender-- To have and to hold all and
singular crops and personal property above sold
and bargained unto the said firm of Turner & Butler
their heirs executors administrators and assigns for-
ever. Provided Nevertheless that if the said Nathan-
iel Fowler shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid
unto the said firm of Turner & Butler the full
amount of the advances heretofore made and
hereafter to be made with their Charges for Com-
missions and interest on the Same then this obli-
gation to be void else to remain in full force and
virtue - and it is hereby further agreed that all
amounts heretofore and hereafter made are due
and payable upon delivery of moneys or goods
therefor and shall bear interest accordingly and that
this instrument may be enforced at any time at
the option of the said Turner & Butler and it is
hereby further agreed that should it become necessary
to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings
the said Nathaniel Fowler will pay therefore all
reasonable attorneys fees and charges. In witness
whereof I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal
