and the sum of money mentioned therein. Therefore know
all men by these presents That I Samuel C. Tucker 
Trustee for and in Consideration of the premises and of the Sum
of one dollar to me in hand paid have granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant bargain Sell
and Convey unto the said H.F. Dutton & Co their heirs and
assigns all the following described piece parcel or tract of
land to wit: Lots Number Fifty Seven and Fifty Eight
in Floral Park according to Map of Same recorded in
Deed Book "O" Pages Four hundred and Seventy four
and five of the public records of Alachua County
Containing by estimation Ten (10) acres more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements he-
reditaments and appurtenances to thereunto 
belonging. To have and to hold the Same unto the
Said H.F. Dutton & Co in fee Simple absolute forever
Provided However and these presents are upon this
express Condition that if the said Samuel C. Tucker
Trustee his Successor or assigns shall well and truly
pay or cause to be paid the Sum of money Covenanted
to be paid by said note together with the interest to
accrue thereon according to the legal tenor thereof
then this obligation shall become null and void
else to remain in full force and virtue. And it is
hereby further agreed and stipulated that the said
Samuel C. Tucker Trustee will pay all expenses
Costs and attorneys fees which the Said H.F. Dutton & Co
may be put to in enforcing the Collection of the afore-
said Sum of Money Covenanted to be paid by said note
by foreclosure or otherwise.
