Sold unto the Said G.K. Broome heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever. Provided never-
the less that if the said Clarence Fleming Shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said
G.K. Broome the full amount of the advances here-
tofore made and hereafter to be made with the charges
for commissions and interest on the Same then this ob-
ligation to be void else to remain in full force and
virtue. And it is hereby further agreed that al am-
ounts heretofore and hereafter Advanced are due and
payable upon delivery of the goods therefor and shall
bear interest accordingly and that this instrument
may be enforced at any time at the option of the said
G.K. Broome and it is hereby further agreed that should
it become necessary to enforce this instrument by
legal proceedings the Said Clarence Fleming will
pay therefor all reasonable attorneys fees and Charges
