ter of Section Twenty Nine of Township Eight south of
ter ofRange Nineteen East running west Twenty Seven
Chains and fifty links to a Certain Post thence
South 5 degrees 15' West fifty one Chains and fifty
links to the line of the Sanchez Grant Containing
Five hundred acres more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements heredi-
taments and appurtenances to the Same belonging
or in any wise appertaining.
To have and to hold the Same unto him the
Said John L. Inglis his heirs and assigns in fee
Simple absolute forever.
Provided however and these presents are upon
this Express condition that if the said Laura L.
Dell and John B. Dell her husband shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid the two
aforesaid promissory notes together with the in-
terest to accrue thereon at the times and dates where
they shall become due and payable then this obliga-
tion shall become null and void else to remain
in full force and virtue. It is hereby further
Stipulated and agreed that the said Laura L. Dell
and John B. Dell will pay all Costs expenses
and attorneys or solicitors fees which the said
John L. Inglis may be put to in enforcing the
Collection of the aforesaid Sums of Money by
foreclosure or otherwise

Alachua County   } I hereby Certify that on this
4th day of July AD 1883 before me personally
appeared Mrs Laura L. Dell the wife of John B.
Dell she being the Grantor in the foregoing deed
of Conveyance who being first duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from her hus-
band Says and acknowledges before me that she 
did sign seal and deliver the foregoing Mortgage
Deed for the purpose of Conveying all of her sepa-
rate estate right and estate in and to the lands
therein described and Conveyed and that she did
