Alachua County   } Whereas we Julia D. Finley and
Samuel Y. Finley her husband of said County and State
are justly indebted to James R. Crawford of the Same place
in the Sum of Two hundred dollars which said Sum
of Money is Covenanted to be paid by a Certain promissory
note bearing even date herewith one for the Sum of Two
hundred Dollars due ninety days after the date there-
of payable to James R. Crawford or order given
by the said Julia D. Finley and Samuel Y. Finley her
husband and bearing interest at the rate of one per
cent per month from date per month from date until
paid; said money Loaned to the Said Julia D. Finley
for the purpose of improving and benefitting her
own separate property and estate. And whereas we are
desirous of fully and better Securing the payment of
said Note and the Sum of money mentioned therein
