able amount of advances in provisions merchandise and
plantation supplies as may be necessary to enable the said
Martin Fralick to make harvest and prepare for market his
crops of all kinds during the year AD 1883 such further
advances not to exceed one hundred & fifty dollars and
for the further consideration of one dollar in hand paid
by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said Geo M. Blitch and to his heirs and assigns 
all the right title interest and claim of himself unto Geo M.
Blitch his heirs executors and administrators of in and
to all crops whatsoever species kind or description now
growing or which may hereafter at any time in the
future be planted grown or gathered by me or for me or
for my benefit in or off of any and all lands in Ala
chua County Florida until the debt hereby secured with
interest is fully paid also the following described
property to wit: Three (3) head of horses named Jack
Alice & Traveler and one Buggy one cart six
head of cattle and nine head of hogs To have and
to hold all and singular the crops lands and personal prop
erty above bargained and sold unto the said Geo M.
Blitch his heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever Provided nevertheless that if the said Martin
Fralick should well and truly pay or cause to be paid
unto the said Geo N. Blitch the full amount of the
advances heretofore made and hereafter to be made with
the charges for commissions and interest on the same
then this obligation to be void else to remain in full
force and virtue and it is further agreed that all amounts
heretofore and hereafter advanced are due and payable
upon delivery of the goods therefore and shall bear 
interest accordingly and that this instrument may be en
forced at any time at the option of the said Geo M. Blit
ch and it is hereby further agreed that should it become
necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings
the said Martin Fralick will pay therefore all attorneys
fees charges and expenses In witness whereof I have here
unto set my hand and affixed my seal this 3 day of
April AD 188
