the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
given granted and sold to him the said John J. Barr
all my entire interest in my lands in the town
of Micanopy with the exception of the four acres
now owned by Wm McIlvaine Two acres owned by
Andrew Bassett Two acres sold to Cherry Harris and
land lying and being in the north East Quarter of
section (26) Township (11) and Range (20) and containing
by estimation Twenty acres of land more or less To have
and to hold unto him the said John J. Barr his
heirs executors and assigns forever In testimony
