of the public records of said Alachua County Florida and
also is made by Laura L. and J.B. Dell to me have cancell
ed annulled and quit claimed and do cancel annul and
forever quit claim unto the said Laura L. Dell and
John B. Dell all the right title and interest which I
have in and to the said mortgages and the notes secu
red thereby and in and to the lands therein described
and I hereby authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Alachua County Florida to enter the proper cancelation
and discharge of said Two mortgages as by law requir
