which is duly recorded in Deed Book "N" at pages

Alachua County ) Whereas we A.L. DaCosta and
A.J. Dacosta am justly indebted to J.L. Crawford
in the sum of fifty Dollars ($50.00) which said
sum of money is covenanted to be paid by one certain
promissory note bearing even date herewith for the
sum of Forty Dollars and whereas we are desirous
of fully and better securing the payment of said note
and the sum of Money mentioned therein therefore
Know all men by these presents that we Mrs A.L.

consideration of the premises and of the sum of
