    Isaac Samons To Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co
               Mortgage

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on this 11th day of July AD 1883 witnesseth that
Isaac Samons in consideration of the sum of Thirty
dollars already advanced by and now due to the
Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co by him the said Isaac Samons
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the
further consideration of one dollar in hand paid by
these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co and to their heirs and
assigns all the right title interest and claim of Isaac
Samons to the Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co and to their heirs and
executors and administrators of in and to all crops what
soever species kind or description now growing or which
may hereafter at any time in the future be planted grown
or gathered by me or for my benefit in or off of any
and all lands in Alachua County Florida until the
debt hereby secured with interest is fully paid also the
following described property to wit: To have and to hold
all and singular the crops lands and personal property
above bargained and sold unto the said Wheeler & Wilson
Mfg Co Their heirs executors administrators and assig
ns forever provided nevertheless that if the said Isaac
Samons should well and truly pay or cause to be paid
unto the said Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co the full amount
of the advances heretofore made and hereafter to be made
with the charges for commission and interest on the
same then this obligation to be void else to remain in
full force and virtue and it is further agreed that
this instrument may be enforced at any time at the
option of the said Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co and it is
hereby further agreed that should it become necess
ary to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings
the said Isaac Samons will pay therefore all attorney
fees charges and expenses In witness I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal this Eleventh day
of July AD 1883.
