      Isaac Messer To Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on this 10th day of July AD 1883 witnesseth that
Isaac Messer in consideration of the sum of
($40.00) Forty dollars already advanced by and now
due to Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co by him the said Isaac
Messer the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
this year AD 1883 said Isaac Messer doth grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said Wheeler & Wilson 
Mfg Co and to their heirs and assigns all the right 
title interest and claim of Isaac Messer to Wheeler
& Wilson  Mfg Co their heirs executors and adminis
trators of in and to all crops whatsoever species kind
or description  now growing or which may hereafter
at any time in the future be planted grown or gath
ered by me or for me or for my benefit in or off
of any lands in Alachua County Florida until the
debt hereby secured with interest is fully paid also
the following described property to wit: 2 Two Red
& white speced cows (3) three years old marked
swallow fork in one Ear hole in the other To
Have and to hold all and singular the crops lands
and personal property above above bargained and
sold unto the said Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co
their heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever Provided nevertheless that if the said
Isaac Messer should well and truly pay or cause
to be paid unto the said Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co
the full amount of the advances heretofore made
