and hereafter to be made with the charges for
Commissions and interest on the same then this
obligation to be void else to remain in full force and
virtue And it is hereby further agreed that should
it become necessary to enforce this instrument
by legal proceedings the said Isaac Messer will
pay therefore all attorneys fees charges and expenses.

W. & A. Young in consideration of the sum of ($40.00)
Forty dollars already advanced by and now due to
Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co by him the said Wm & A. Young
the year AD 1883, said Wm & A. Young doth grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said Wheeler &
Wilson Mfg Co and to their heirs and assigns all
the right title interest and claim of W. & A. Young
to Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co their heirs executors and
administrators of in and to all crops whatsoever species
kind or description now growing or which may
hereafter at any time in the future be planted grown
or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit
in or off of and and lands in Alachua
County Florida until the debt hereby secured
with interest is fully paid also the follow
