Alachua County   } Whereas I Martha P. Perry of Ala
chua County Florida am justly indebted unto Mar
garet S. Abbott of the City of St Augustine in
St Johns County Florida in the full sum of Three
Thousand five hundred ($350000} Dollars by my
promissory note bearing even date with these
presents and payable Three years after its date
and bearing interest from date at the rate of Ten
(10) per centuum per annum payable annually And
whereas I am desirous of fully and effectually sec
uring the true payment of the said promissory
note Therefore the premises considered know all
men by these presents that I the said Martha P.
Perry for and in consideration of the said sum
of Three Thousand five hundred Dollars promised
and agreed to be paid by my said promissory
note and by me already received from the said
Margaret S. Abbott have granted bargained sold
aliened conveyed and Mortgaged and by these
presents do grant bargain sell alien convey
and Mortgage unto her the said Margaert S. Abbott
all of that piece parcel or tract of land situated
lying and being in Alachua County in the State
of Florida particularly described as being Section
Thirty Two (32) in Township Ten (10) south of Range
Twenty one (21) East containing Five hundred and
fifty nine acres of land more or less Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging To have and
to hold the same unto her the said Margaret
S. Abbott and to her heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee forever provided always never
theless and this instrument is executed and deliv
ered upon this express condition that if I the said
Martha P. Perry shall and do well and Truly pay
or cause to be paid the full amount of the
said promissory note for the said sum of
Three thousand five hundred dollars together with
all annual interest thereon to accrue according
to the legal tenor and effect of the said promis
sory and the principal thereof at the time the
same falls due then this instrument to become
wholly null and void. Otherwise to be and rem
ain in full force and virtue= In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
