Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that wher
eas W.M. Rountree of the above State and County is indebted
to Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co of the State Connecticut and
County in the sum of Forty one (4100) dollars which
the said sum is covenanted to be paid by our certain
promissory note having date August 4th 1883 and for the
said sum of Forty one (4100) dollars bearing interest at the
rate of 8% pr annum now therefore to better secure the
payment of said note and interest as expressed therein
I do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co their heirs and assigns
all my right title interest and claim of in and to
all crops of whatsoever species kind or description now
growing or which may hereafter be planted grown or
gathered by me or for me or for my benefit on or
off of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida Also
the following described property to wit: To have and
to hold all and singular the crops lands and per
sonal property above bargained and sold unto the said
Wheeler & Wilson Mfg Co their heirs executors adminis
trators and assigns forever Provided nevertheless that if
the said W.M. Rountree should well and truly pay
