else to remain in full force and virtue. And
it is hereby further agreed that all amounts heretofore
advances are due and payable upon delivery of the
goods therefor and shall bear interest accordingly
and that this instrument may be enforced at any time
at the option of the said Turner & Butler and it is hereby
further agreed that should it become necessary
to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings that
the said Jehu Knighton will pay therefor all reason-
able attorneys fees and charges - In witness whereof

Alachua County } This Indentured made and entered
into on this the 13th day of February AD 1882 - Witnesseth
that William H. Jones in Consideration of the sum of
Sixty Dollars a part of which is already advanced
by and now due to the firm of Turner & Butler of Levy-
ville Florida Levy County by me the said William H.
Jones by my note and open account the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the further
consideration of one dollar in hand paid by
these presents doth bargain sell and Convey unto
the said firm of Turner & Butler and to
their heirs and assigns all the right title interest and
