Same by foreclosure that then these presents and the
estate hereby granted shall cease determine and
be absolutely null and void. And the said party of the
first part for himself and his heirs executors and
administrators does Covenant and agree to pay unto the
said parties of the second part their heirs executors and
administrators or assigns said note secured hereby
and all Costs Charges and expenses fees and dam-
ages as aforesaid the parties of the second part may
incur or be put to in Collecting the Same party of the
first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the

James A. Carleton do by these presents made and executed
by me separate and apart from my said husband
and in the presence of J.D. Bell a Notary Public
of the State of Florida acknowledge and de-
clare that I did make myself a party to and
executed the foregoing Mortgage deed for the
purpose of relinquishing and renouncing
all my dower and right of dower in and to
the lands in said deed described and Mortg-
gaged and that I did the Same freely and
voluntarily and without any Compulsion Con-
straint fear or apprehension of or from my
said husband.
