date at one and a half per cent per month. Now there-
fore if the said party of the first part shall well
and truly pay or cause to be paid to the said party of
the second part the amount of the said note together
with the interest therein at maturity according to the
tenor and effect thereof. And Shall pay all expenses
including attorneys fees incurred in the Collection of
the said note & this mortgage then this obligation
shall become null and void else to remain in
full force and virtue

Vaughn of Alachua County Florida for advances
made and to be made to enable me to plant and
farm in Alachua County during the year 1883; Now to
Secure Said advances I hereby bargain sell and
deliver unto the said Saml W. Vaughn his heirs and
assigns forever all the Crops of what Kind Soever
grown planted or Cultivated by me or which may
hereafter at any time in the future be planted
