grown or gathered by me of for me of for my benefit
on or off of any and all lands in Alacua County
Florida until the debt hereby Secured with interest
is fully paid. To have and to hold the above described
property unto the said Saml W. Vaughn his heirs and
assigns forever. Provided however that if I my heirs
or assigns shall and do well and truly pay or Cause
to be paid unto the said Saml W. Vaughn his 
heirs or assigns by the first of November next
the sum of all such advances as may there be
due as aforesaid to the amount of and in Case
of foreclosure I will pay all Costs including
Complaints attorneys fees then the estate hereby

Alachua County   } Whereas I Elijah Dupree am
justly indebted to Robt H. Jones and Daniel Bowen
partners doing business in the City of Jacksonville
under the firm name of Jones & Bowen in the
Sum of Five Hundred dollars which said Sum of
money is Covenanted to be paid by his Certain promissory
note bearing even date herewith for the Said Sum of
Five hundred dollars due and payable on the
first day of December AD 1883 without interest until
after maturity. And whereas I am desirous of fully
and better Securing the payment of said note
