and the sum of money mentioned therein
Therefore know All Men By These Presents That I
Elijah Dupree for and in Consideration of the prem-
ises and of the sum of One dollar to me in hand
paid have granted bargained sold and Conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey
unto the said Jones & Bowen their heirs and assigns
all the following described piece parcel or tract of
land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida to wit:
The West half of the North West Quarter of Section
Five (5) Township Ten (10) Range Eighteen (18) Con-
taining by estimation Eighty Acres of land more
or leas. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same belonging
or in any wise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the
Same unto the said Jones & Bowen their heirs and
assigns forever. Provided however and these presents
are upon this express Condition that if the said
Elijah Dupree his heirs or assigns should well and
truly pay or cause to be paid the Sum of money Cov-
enanted to be paid by said note together with the
interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor
thereof and effect thereof Then this obligation shall
become null and void otherwise to remain in full
force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed
and stipulated that the said Elijah Dupree his
heirs or assigns will pay all Costs and expenses and
Attorneys fees which the said Jones & Bowen may
be put to in enforcing the Collection of the aforesaid
Sum of Money Covenanted to be paid by said note
by foreclosure or otherwise

ing her dower and right of dower in and to the lands therein contained and expressed and that she did the same freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband witness my hand and seal the day and date above
