M. Florence Moseley To Hiram Alderman
                  Mortgage
This Indenture made the 3d day of February in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty three Between Mrs M. Florence Moseley of the
State of Florida and County of Putnam party of
the first part and Hyram Alderman of the
State of Florida and the County of Bradford of the
Second part. Whereas the Said Florence Moseley
is justly indebted to Hiram Alderman party of the
Second part in the Sum of one hundred and Seventy
60/100 Dollars lawful money of the United States of 
America as is further evidenced by a Certain
promissory note dated the 3d day of February 1883
for one hundred and Seventy 60/100 dollars with
interest from date and made payable Two years
from date thereof (Said note being given in place of a
note of A.S. Moseley}. Now this Indenture Witnesseth
That the party of the first part for the better
Securing the payment of the Said Sum of money
mentioned in said promissory note and also for
and in Consideration of the Sum of One Dollar
to her in hand by the said party of the second part
at of before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has granted bargained bargained sold aliened rem-
ised released Conveyed and Confirmed and by
these presents does grant bargain sell alien rem-
ise release convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
forever All that Certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the State of Florida and County
of Alachua towit: That part of Section thirteen (13)
lying South of Bellamy Road in Township Nine
(9) Range Twenty Two (22) East Commencing on the
Bellamy Road in Alachua County Florida at the
point where lot number Six (6) of Goodsons
Addition to Melrose intersects said Road thence
south one half mile of Section Twenty Four (24)
