Three West Eighteen and forty hundredths Chains
(18 40/100) Thence North to Bellamy Road Twelve and
Eighty five hundredths (12 85/100) chains thence North
East along Bellamy Road twenty five (25) chains back
to the place of beginning containing in all Thirty
four 50/100 acres more or less Being the same
land purchased by A.S. Moseley from A. Goodson
& wife in deed bearing date 7th day of April 1882.
Together with all and singular the tenements hered
itaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversio
ns remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof and also all the estate right title interest
dower and right of dower separate estate property
possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in 
law as in equity of the said party of the first
part of in and to the same and every part and par
cel thereof with the appurtenances To have and to
hold the above granted and described premises unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns to his and their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever Provided always and these
presents are on this express condition that if the said
party of the first part her heirs executors or administr
ators shall well and truly pay unto the said party
of the second part his heirs executors or administra
tors or assigns the said sum of money as evinced
by said promissory note according to the true intent
and meaning together with all costs charges and
expenses which the said party of the second part
may incur or be put to in collecting the same by
foreclosure or otherwise that then these presents and
the estate hereby granted shall cease determine and
be absolutely null and void and the said party of the
first part for herself and her heirs executors and
administrators or does covenant and agree to pay
unto the said party of the second part his heirs execu
tors administrators or assigns to and all costs charges
and expenses The party of the second part may incur
or be put to in collecting the same by foreclosure
