Bay mare Three years old named Fannie^also my cotton
crop^and this instrument is to have full favor and effect
of a mortgage and of a lien under the provisions of
Chapter 1739 Laws of Florida entitled an act to enable
Indigent persons to obtain credit and secure the
lender to have and to hold all the personal property
^and crops^above bargained and sold unto the said
firm of Turner and Butler and to their heirs executors ad-
ministrators and assigns forever. Provided nevertheless 
that if the said William H. Jones shall well & truly
pay or cause to be paid unto the said Turner & Butler
the full amount of advances heretofore and hereafter
with their charges for Commissions and interest on the
same then this obligation to be void else to remain
in full force and virtue And it is hereby further
agreed that all amounts heretofore and hereafter
advanced are due and payable upon delivery
of the goods therefor and shall bear interest accor-
dingly and that this instrument may be enforced
at any time at the oplion of the said Turner and
Butler and is hereby further agreed that should it
become necessary to enforce this instrument by legal
proceedings the said Wm H. Jones will pay therefor
all reasonable attorneys fees and Charges. In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal the day and year first above written
