 S. Reddish To Raulerson & Ambrose

State of Florida }
Alachhua County  } Know all men by these presents
that whereas Samuel Reddish of the above State
and County is indebted to Raulerson and Ambrose
of the same State and County in the sum of
One Hundred Dollars within six months from
date and for the said sum of One hundred dollars
and such other sums as may be due for Merch
andise sold to said Reddish by Raulerson & Ambrose
dollars bearing interest at the rate of 10 per cent Now
therefore to better secure the payment of said debt and
interest as expressed therein I do by these presents
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Rauler
son & Ambrose their heirs and assigns all my right
title interest and claim of in and to 25 Head of Cattle
over slope & under bit in left year crop half crop and
split in the other Ear Branded SR on hip or side
And also one Bay Horse blaze face about 10 years
old also & one Horse mule Dark Brown about
8 years old all of said property now owned by me and
now in my possession To have and to hold all and
singular the personal property above bargained and
sold unto the said Raulerson & Ambrose their heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever provided never
theless that if the said Samuel Reddish should well
and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said debt togeth
er with the interest according to its tenor and effect
then this instrument to be void else to remain in full
force and virtue and it is hereby further agreed that
should it become necessary to enforce this instrument
by legal proceedings the said Samuel Reddish will
pay therefor all attorneys fees and expenses In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
seal this twenty-third day of May AD 1883.
