James M. Leighton to Frick and Company
               "Mortgage"
Know all men by these presents that I James M.
Leighton of the Town of Gainesville in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the first
part for Securing the payment of the money here-
in mentioned and in Consideration of the Sum of
One Dollar to me duly paid by Messers Frick and
Company of the town of Waynesboro County of
Franklin and State of Pennsylvania party of the
Second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged have bargained and sold and by
these presents do bargain and sell unto the said
party of the second part his executors administra-
tors and assigns all the goods Chattels and person-
al property mentioned in the Schedule hereunto
annexed now in Duval County but to be removed
to Alachua County Florida Consisting of a
Complete Saw Mill Outfit as named in the
Schedule annexed
To have and to hold all and Singular the
Said goods Chattels and personal property above
bargained and sold or intended so to be unto
the said party of the Second part his executors
administrators and assigns forever And I the
said party of the first part for my heirs execu-
tors and administrators all and singular the
said goods Chattels and personal property
above bargained and sold unto the said party

For and in consideration of the full payment of
the note secured by this mortgage we hereby annull
and discharge the same this June 5th 1884
