first part shall and do well and truly pay and

note of even date herewith and which is in the

    Six months after date I promise to pay Frick and
Company or order Four Hundred 0/100 Dollars without
defalcation for value received The face value of this
note shall draw Eight per Centum interest from date
we the drawers and endorsers of this note hereby waive
presentmant for payment and notice of due time
and notice of protest for non payment of Same
and also waive all homestead and exemption laws or
to this debt. It is expressly understood and agreed
that the title or ownership of the Steam engine Boiler
Saw Mills or other machinery for which this note is
given Shall remain with the said Frick and Company
until this note is paid in full together with all
reasonable attorneys fees for Collecting and Necessary
expenses incurred if not paid at maturity at which
time said machinery Shall be at the disposal of said
Frick and Company or order and for deficit hold
ourselves equally responsible until paid in full.

then these presents shall be void. And I the said party
of the first part for myself and my heirs executors
administrators and assigns do Covenant and agree
to and with the said party of the Second part their
heirs executors administrators and assigns that in Case
default shall be made in the payment of the
said sum above mentioned or in Case the said
party of the first part shall at any time before the
day of payment herein provided for remove the
said goods Chattels and personal property or any of
them or suffer or permit any attachment or other
process against property to be issued against me
or permit or suffer any Judgement to be entered up 
against me then the said sum of money herein men-
tioned Shall become instantly due and payable and
