J.R. Crawford of Gainesville in Alachua County
Florida in the Sum of Six hundred Dollars
by my promissory note bearing even date with
these presents payable one year after date and
bearing interest from date at the rate of Fourteen
(14) per Cent per annum and which I am desirous
of fully and effectually Securing the payment of
said promissory note - Therefore know all men by
these presents that I the said Wm N. Wilson
(Bachelor) for and in Consideration of the premises
and of the said Sum of Six hundred dollars
loaned to me by the said J.R. Crawford and
represented by my said promissory note have
granted bargained sold and Conveyed and Mort-
gaged; and by these presents do grant bargain
sell Convey and Mortgage unto him the said
J.R. Crawford all of these Certain tracts pieces or
parcels of land Situated lying and being in Alachua
County State of Florida particularly described as follows
to wit: the North East Quarter of Section Six (6) also the
North half of Lots One (1) Two (2) & Three (3) of said Sec-
tion Six (6) in Township Eight (8) South of Range
Nineteen (19) East Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the Same belonging or in any wise appertaining 
To have and to hold the Same unto him the said
J.R. Crawford and to his heirs executors administrs-
tors and assigns forever. 
Provided always nevertheless and this instrument
is executed and delivered upon this expressed Con-
dition that if I the said Wm N. Wilson shall and
do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid the full
amount of the said promissory note for the Sum
of Six hundred dollars at the time the Same falls
due together with all interest thereon to accrue
according to the tenor and effect of the Said
promissory note; and shall also pay all reasonable
attorneys fees Costs and Charges for the foreclosure
hereof in the event of foreclosure should become
necessary then this obligation to become wholly
null and void otherwise to be and remain in
full force and virtue
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed hereto my seal on this 20th day

For value received I hereby release cancel annul and discharge from the lein
of this Mortgage all claims to any and all within described mortgaged property==
