Alachua County   } Whereas Linden K. Rawlins
and Percy F. Wilson and Willie M. Wilson wife of
Percy F. Wilson of Alachua County State of Florida
justly indebted to John W. Hudson and Myron
B. French of Madison Dane Co Wis in the Sum
of Twenty Six hundred and Twenty five dollars
paid by three Certain promissory notes bearing even
date herewith one for the Sum of Eight hundred
and Seventy five dollars due on or before one
year from the date hereof - one for Eight hun-
dred and Seventy five dollars due on or before
two years from date and one for Eighundred
and Seventy five dollars due on or before
three years from date. And whereas being desi-
rous of fully and better Securing the payment
of Said notes and the Sum of money mentioned
therein being a part of the purchase price of
lands herein described. Therefore know all men
by these presents that we Linden K. Rawlins
and Percy F. Wilson and Willie M. Wilson his
wife for and in Consideration of the premises
and of the Sum of one dollar to them in hand
paid have granted bargained and Sold and by
these presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey
unto the said John W. Hudson and Mron B. French
