their heirs and assigns all the following described
piece parcel or tract of land to wit:
All of lots Number Twenty Seven (27) Twenty Eight
(28) and Thirty Three (33) according to the recorded
plat of Mackey & Hudson recorded in Book J.
on page 906 in the Register of Deeds office in
said Alachua Co State of Florida. Together with
all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging  to have and to hold
the same unto the said John W. Hudson and Myron B.
French in fee Simple absolute forever. Provided however
and these presents are upon this express Condition
that if the said Linden K. Rawlins and Percy F. Wilson
& Willie M. Wilson his wife their heirs or assigns
shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the Sum
of money covenanted to be paid by said notes together
with the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal
tenor thereof then this obligation shall become null
and void else to remain in full force and virtue.
And it is hereby further agreed and stipulated that the
Said Linden K. Rawlins and Percy F. Wilson & Willie M.
Wilson his wife will pay all expenses Costs and attor-
neys fees which the said John W. Hudson and Myron
B. French may be put to in enforcing the Collection
of the aforesaid Sum of money Covenanted to be paid
by said notes by foreclosure or otherwise
In Witness whereof we have hereunto Set our hands
and affixed our seal on this 21st day of March AD

Alachua County   } I hereby Certify that on this 21st
day of March AD 1883 before me personally appeared
Mrs Willie M. Wilson wife of Percy F. Wilson the
grantor in the foregoing Conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her husband says and acknowledges
before me that She did Sign the Said Conveyance
for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and ren-
ouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the
lands in said Conveyance described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was
done and made by her voluntarily and without
any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of
