 A.J. Vidal To Edward Thwaite

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Whereas I A.J. Vidal of the
aforesaid State and County am justly indebted to
Edward Thwaite of Same County and State in the
Sum of Four Hundred dollars which Said Sum
of money is Covenanted to be paid by one Certain
promissory note bearing date of July 5th 1883 with
interest from said date at the rate of ten per Cent
per annum. And whereas I am desirous of fully and
better Securing the payment of Said note and the
Sum of money mentioned therein. Therefore know all
men by these presents That I A.J. Vidal of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in
consideration of the premises and of the Sum of
one Dollar to me in hand paid have granted bar-
gained and Sold and by these presents do grant
bargain Sell and convey unto the said Edward Thwaite
of Same County and State his heirs and assigns

For and in Consideration of the full payment of
this Mortgage I hereby Cancel and discharge the
Same from record this July 2nd 1885
