all the following described piece parcel or tract of
land towit: The North half of Lot one (1) of Block
Three (3) in Range Seven (7) according to the original
Survey of the Town of Gainesville a plat or Map of
which is duly recorded in Deed Book "H" at
page 383 public records of Alachua County Florida
Containing by estimation one fourth acre of land
more or less. Together with all and Singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging. To have and to hold the Same unto the Said
Edward Thwaite his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever.
Provided however and these presents are upon this
express Consideration that if the Said A.J Vidal
his heirs or assigns Shall well and truly pay or
Cause to be paid the Sum of money Covenanted to be
paid by the said note together with the interest to accrue
thereon according to the legal tenor thereof then this ob-
ligation Shall become null and void else to remain
in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further
agreed and Stipulated that the Said A.J. Vidal his
heirs executors administrators or assigns will pay all
expenses Costs and attorneys fees which the said
Edward Thwaite his heirs executors administrators
or assigns may be put to in enforcing the collection
of the aforesaid Sum of money Covenanted to be paid
by said note by foreclosure or otherwise
