with interest and also for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar to him in hand paid by
the said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confir
med and by these presents doth grant bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs and 
assigns forever all the following described land
situated in Alachua County Florida to wit Begin
ning at a point in the southerly line of tract
of 500 acres of land conveyed by said party of the
first part to Simeon Dell near the wire road so
Called running with said line North sixty degrees
East Twenty Eight and one half chains to a point
in the westerly line of E. Taylor Tract thence with
said line south 28 1/4" East thirty three chains to a
post ten chains beyond SE corner of said Taylor
Trac thence south sixty degrees west Twenty Eight
and one half chains to a post near old Bell
amy road thence north 28 1/4º west and parallel with
section line thirty three chains to the place of begin
ning containing one hundred acres being part
of the Grant made by the Spanish Government
to George Atkinson and being in Township seven
(7) S R Eighteen E Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the revers
ion and reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right
title interest dower and right of dower separate estate
property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said party
of the first part of in and to the same and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To have
and to hold the above granted and described prem
ises unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns to their and his own proper use
benefit and behoof forever provided always and these
presents are on this express condition that if the
said William H. Traxler his heirs executors or adm
inistrators shall well and truly pay unto the said
party of the second part his heirs executors or adm
inistrators or assigns the said sum of money mentioned
in said promissory note with interest according to
the true intent and meaning of said note before
mentioned together with all costs charges and ex
