hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these pres
ents does grant bargain sell alien remise release convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever All that certain
Lot or parcel of Land lying and being in the Town
of Melrose County of Alachua and State of Florida
and described on the map of said Town as lot num
ber Twenty one (21) described as follows One hundred
and fifty feet front on Quail Street west bounded on
the north by Town Reserve one hundred fifty feet 
and on the south by lot number twenty two (22) and
on the East by lot number twenty (20) said lot
being one hundred and fifty feet square and also
all that lot or parcel of land adjoining the town of
Melrose aforesaid and described as follows Bounded
on the west by Quail street south by Lot number twen
ty one (21) North by Lake Santa Fe the East boun
dary line beginning at the northeast corner of Lot
twenty one (21) and running north to the Lake contain
ing three fourths 3/4 of an acre more or less Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurte-
nances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate
right title interest property possessions claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the
said party of the first part of in and to the same
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenan
ces To Have and to hold the above granted and des
cribed premises unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns to his and their own
proper use benefit and behoof forever Provided always
and these presents are on this express condition that if
the said party of the first part his heirs executors
or administrators or assigns the said sum of money
mentioned in said promissory note with interest acc
ording to the true intent and meaning thereof tog
ether with all costs charges and expenses includ
ing reasonable attorneys fees and commissions
which the said party of the second part may
incur or be put to in collecting the same by fore
closure or otherwise and shall pay all taxes and
assessments bound or assessed on said mortgaged
premises and shall comply with all the covenants
contained in this mortgage and pay all the money
secured thereby that then these presents and the
estate hereby granted shall cease determine and
