County of Alachua City of Gainesville State of Florida towit
on the map or plat of said City of Gainesville as the North
West quarter (NW1/4) of Lot No one (1) in Block No four (4) Range
No Three (3) of the original survey of said City of Gainesville
the said lot or parcel of land hereby conveyed being one
hundred (100) feet East and West and thirty (30) feet North and
South the tenements and improvements upon the foregoing
described lands to be kept insured against loss by fire at the
expenses of the parties of the first part and the policies of
Insurance so drawn that the loss if any shall be payable to
Mary Lente as her interest may appear Together with all
and singular the tenements houses and improvements there and
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all reversions
remainders homestead rights issues and profits thereof And also all
the estate right title interest property possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said
parties of the first part of in and to the same and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To Have and to Hold
the above granted and described premises unto the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns. Provided Always and
these presents are on this expressed condition that if the said
parties of the first part their heirs executors or administrators
shall well and truly pay unto the said party of the second
part her heirs executors administrators or assigns the said
moneys according to the terms of said promissory note and
without any default in payment of any interest or the
principal when due according to the true intent and
meaning of said writing and in the meantime shall pay
all taxes legally assessed on said property before sale thereof
for non payment of taxes together with all costs charges and
expenses including reasonable allowance for attorneys or
solicitors services which the said party of the second part may
incur or be put to in collecting the said moneys by foreclo=
sure or suit then these presents and the estate hereby
granted shall cease determine and be absolutely null and
void. And the said parties of the first part for themselves
and their heirs executors and administrators do covenant and
agree to pay unto the said party of the second part her heirs
executors administrators or assigns the said moneys with
interest thereon to accrue said taxes costs charges and expenses
with said attorneys or solicitors charges the party of the
second part my incur or be put to in collecting the same
by foreclosure or suit and to keep the taxes paid on said
property which said money remain a charge or lien thereon
any default herein shall entitle the party of the second part
to foreclose the mortgage and collect the whole as past
due. In Witness Whereof the said party of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and
