New York and a member of the firm of P.S. Bogart & Co of the same
City do hereby certify that a certain Mortgage bearing date the
9th day of December 1882 for the sum of seven hundred dollars
made and executed by Josephus Whisler of Alachua County
State of Florida to the firm of P.S. Bogart & Co of the City of New
York and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Alachua County
State of Florida in Book "F" of Mortgages pages 266 & 267 on the
13th day of December 1883 is paid and I desire the same to be
cancelled of record
