Four Hundred and Twenty feet, Thence West Four Hund
-dred and Thirty seven feet, To point of Beginning,
Excepting Lot in NW corner owned by S.J. Burnett, Four
Hundred and Thirty feet North and South, by Two Hund
-red feet East & West. To have and to hold all and singular
the crops lands and personal property above bargained and sold
unto the said G.K. Broome his heirs executors and administra
-tors and assigns forever, Provided nevertheless that if the said
Iva V. and H.C. Gates should well and truly pay or cause to be
paid unto the said G.K. Broome, the full amount of said Note
together with interest according to its tenor and effect, then
this instrument to be void, else to remain in full force and
Virtue, And it is hereby further agreed, that should it be
-come necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceed
-ings the said Ida V. and H.C. Gates will pay therefor all
Attorneys fees, charges & expenses, In Witness Whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals this

-ledged before me separate and apart from her Husb-
-and, that she did sign seal execute and deliver the
foregoing Indenture for the purposes of conveying all
her separate estate in and to the lands therein described
and conveyed and that she did the same freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said Husband
