are due and payable upon the delivery of goods therefor
and shall bear interest accordingly and that this
instrument may be enforced at any time at the op-
tion of the said Turner & Butler and it is hereby further
agreed that should it become necessary to enforce this
instrument by legal proceedings the said Alfred Hodge
will pay therefor all reasonable attorneys fees and

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered
into on this the 15th day of March AD 1882 witnesseth that
J.B. Erisman in Consideraton of the Sum of Thirty
dollars already advanced by and now due to the
firm of Turner & Butler of Levyville Levy County
Florida by me the said J.B. Erisman by my note
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for
the further Consideration of one dollar in hand paid
by these presents doth grant bargain sell and Con-
vey unto the said firm of Turner & Butler and to their
heirs and assigns all the right title interest and claim
of mine the said J.B. Ersiman my heirs executors
and administrators of in and to all the Crops of
whatsoever species kind or description now growing
or which may hereafter at any time in the future
be planted grown or gathered by me or for me or for
my benefit on or off of any and all lands in
