Florida and known on the public records as
the South half (S1/2) of the North East quarter (NE1/4)
of the South East quarter (SE1/4) of Section
Twenty Two (S22) Township Eight (T8) Range
Twenty one East (R21E) Containing Twenty
acres More or less. Also a fractional piece of
land Commencing at the Center of the grade of
the A.G. & WIT RR on the North line of
the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 22 T8 R21E
distant about 200 feet west from the North East
Corner of the aforesaid 1/4 Thence running West
on said North line Five hundred and Twenty feet
(520 ft) Thence in a Southerly direction
Three hundred and Twenty five feet (325 ft) to the Center
of the grade of said RR and thence in a Northeasterly
direction along the Center of said RR to the
place of beginning reserving the right of way
of said Rail Road Containing by estimation

Twenty one East. Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
and profits thereof and also all the Estate right title
interest dower and right of dower separate Estate
property possession Claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in Equity of the said parties of
the first part of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances To Have and To Hold
the above granted and described premises unto the said
parties of the second part their heirs and assigns to
their own proper use benefit and behoof forever
Provided always and these presents are on this express
Condition that if the said Mrs A.L. Whaling and
A.L. Whaling their heirs executors or adminis-
trators Shall Well and truly pay Unto the said
parties of the second part their heirs executors
or administrators or assigns the said sum
of Money towit Five hundred and Twenty Nine
Dollars as heretofore Mentioned in the aforesaid
promissory Notes with interest according to the
true intent and Meaning together with all
Costs Charges and expenses and lawyers
fees which the said parties of the second part
May incur or be put to in Collecting the same
by foreclosure or otherwise that then these presents
