factional Section (13) Thirteen in Township Ten (10) South Range
Nineteen (19) East crosses the center of the Track of the Transit
Rail Road and running thence south along said Section line
Fifteen (15) chains to the intersection of the Northern boundary line of
the Garey Grant thence North Forty eight degrees East along the line
of said Grant Ten (10) chains to a point forty (40) feet from the center
of said Rail Road Thence in a South Westerly direction along
a line parallel to and forty (40) feet from the center of said
Rail Road track to the point of beginning containing by
Estimation six and a half acres of land more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging To have and to hold the same unto the said
James R. Crawford & to his heirs or assigns in fee simple
absolute forever. Provided however and these presents are upon this
express consideration that if the said John Campbell or his
heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid
the sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note together
with the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor
thereof then this obligation shall become null and void else to
remain in full force and virtue and it is hereby further agreed
and stipulated that the said John Campbell and Eliza Campbell
will pay all expenses costs and Attorneys fees which the said James
R. Crawford or his heirs or assigns may be put to in enforcing the
Collection of the aforesaid sum of money covenanted to be paid by said
note by foreclosure or otherwise. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto

AD 1883 before me personally appeared Mrs Eliza Campbell wife
of John Campbell the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who
being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me
that she did sign the said conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower
in and to the land in said conveyance described and that
said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was done and
made by her voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband In testimony
