assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum
of money covenanted to be paid by said note together with the
interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor and
effect thereof then this obligation shall become null and void
otherwise to remain in full force and virtue, and, it is hereby
further agreed and stipulated that the said Willis Parker his
heirs or assigns will pay all costs expenses and attorneys fees
which the said Ellen P. Allen may be put to in enforcing the
collection of the aforesaid sum of money covenanted to be paid by

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that whereas
Alachua County   } W.H. Traxler of the above State and County is
indebted to Sam Vaughn of the same State and County in the
Sum of Two Hundred dollars which said sum is covenanted to be
paid by a certain promissory note bearing date August 21st and
for the said sum of Two Hundred dollars bearing interest at the
rate of Ten per cent Now therefore to better secure the payment
of said note and interest as expressed therein I do by these presents
grant bargain sell convey unto the said Sam Vaughn heirs
and assigns all my right title interest and claim of  also the
following described property to wit Two Mules and 25 Head Stock
Split underbit one year underslope the other Brand WT To
Have and to Hold all and singular the crops lands and
