feet thence West one hundred and Seventy five feet more or less to
point of beginning containing by estimation one half acre of Land
more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances therewith belonging To have and
to hold the same unto the said Grace E. Keeler in fee simple
absolute forever. Provided however and these presents are upon
this express condition that if the said Joseph Simonson his
heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be
paid the sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note
together with the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal
tenor thereof then this obligation shall become null and void
else to remain in full force and virtue And it is further agreed
and Stipulated that the said Joseph Simonson will pay all
expenses costs and attorneys fees which the said Grace E. Keeler
may be put to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sums
of money covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure or

Mortgage
This Indenture the 6th day of September One Thousand Eight
Hundred and Eighty three Between Isaac Mizelle Matilda Moody
& her husband Randolph Moody parties of the first part and
Lewis Tutson party of the second part. Whereas the said Isaac
Mizelle Matilda Moody and her husband Randolph Moody are
Justly indebted to the said Lewis Tutson party of the Second
part in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars lawful money of the
United States of America with interest to accrue evidenced by
promissory note of which the following is a copy.
