Alachua County Florida until the debt hereby secured
with interest is fully paid also the following described
property to wit: one sorrel mare called "Nettie" Twelve
years old and this instrument to have the full favor
and effect of a mortgage and a lien under the provisions
of Chapter 1739 Laws of Florida entitled and act to enable
indigent persons to obtain Credit and secure the len-
der To have and to hold all and singular Crops and
personal property above bargained and sold unto the
said firm of Turner & Butler and to their heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever. Provided nevertheless
that if the said J.B. Erisman shall well and truly pay
or cause to be paid unto the said Turner & Butler the
full amount of advances heretofore made and hereafter
to be made with their charges for Commissions and in-
terest on the same then this obligation to be void
else to remain in full force and virtue. And it
is hereby further agreed that all amounts heretofore
and hereafter made are due and payable upon re-
ceipt of goods therefor and shall bear interest accor-
dingly and that this instrument may be enforced
at any time at the option of the said Turner & Butler
and it is hereby further agreed that should it become
necessary to enforce this instrument by legal pro-
ceedings the said J.B. Erisman will pay therefor all
reasonable attorneys fees and Charges. In Witness
