unto the said Annie B. Cloud her heirs and assigns all the following
described piece parcel or tract of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida to wit: Lot Five (5) of Fractional section Seven (7)
Township Ten (10) Range (20) Twenty S & E as will fully appear by reference
being had to a map or plat of the same Drawn by P.H. Young and
duly recorded in Deed Book "L" at page (805) one of the public land records
of Alachua County Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining To Have and to Hold the same unto the said Annie B.
Cloud her heirs and assigns forever. Provided however and these
presents are upon this express condition that if the said Samuel
Abbott his heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to
be paid the sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note together
with the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor and
effect thereof then this obligation shall become null and void
otherwise to remain in full force and virtue and it is hereby further
agreed and Stipulated that the said Samuel Abbott his heirs or
assigns will pay all costs expenses and attorneys' fees which the said
Annie B. Cloud may be put to in enforcing the Collection
of the aforesaid sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note by
foreclosure or otherwise. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my
