even date herewith for the sum of Eleven hundred and twenty
four dollars due Six months after date viz on the 10th of February
1881 and Whereas I am desirous of fully and better securing the
payment of said note and the sum of money mentioned therein
Therefore know all men by these presents that I Jesse Bogue for
and in consideration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar to
me in hand paid have granted bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey into the said Edward R.
Hebuton his heirs and assigns all the following described piece
parcel or tract of land to wit Lots one (1) Four (4) Five (5) Sec 15 T 11
R 18 containing one hundred & Seventeen acres Lots Two (2) Three (3)
Sec 15 T 11 R 18, 80 acres Lots Nine (9) Ten (10) Sec 10 T 11 R 18 80 acres
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have and to
hold the same unto the said Edward P. Hebuton in fee
simple absolute forever. Provided however and these presents
are upon this express consideration that if the said Jesse
Bogue heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be 
paid the sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note
together according to the legal tenor thereof then this obligation
shall become null and void else to remain in full force and
virtue. And it is further agreed and Stipulated that
the said Jesse Bogue will pay all expenses costs and Attorney's
fees which the said Edward P. Hebuton may be put to in
enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sum of money
covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure or otherwise

my seal on this 10 day of Aug AD 1883

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this 10 day of Aug
AD 1883 before me personally appeared Mrs Mary M. Bogue
wife of Jesse Bogue the grantor in the foregoing Conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges
before me that She did sign the said conveyance for the
purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her
right of Dower in and to the land in said conveyance
described and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made by her voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of her said husband
