         Manuel Entenza to Eben V. Fogg
                  "Mortgage"
This Indenture made the third day of May in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty three Between
Manuel Entenza of the first part and Eben V. Fogg of the
Second part whereas the said Manuel Entenza is Justly
indebted to Eben V. Fogg of the second part in the sum of
Three Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America which said sum is covenanted to be paid by
one certain promissory note bearing an even date herewith
due May 3/6 1884 and signed by Manuel Entenza together
with interest from date at ten % per annum payable
annually all payable at Waldo Fla on the date last above
mentioned said promissory note being for the sum of Three
Hundred Dollars Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for the better securing the
payment of the said sum of money mentioned in said promissory
note and also for and in consideration of the sum of one
Dollar to him in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and
and by these presents does grant bargain sell alien remise
release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever all of a certain piece
or parcel of land described as follows: Lots Seven and Eight
(7 & 8) in block four (4) said lots being Each thirty seven
and a half feet wide and Sixty Six feet deep fronting on
Broad St and Sparkman St and said lot eight (8) has
also a frontage on Seydal St all in the town of Waldo
Florida. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof
