United States of America which said sum of money is covenanted to
be paid by one certain promissory note bearing an even date herewith
for the sum of Two Hundred Dollars signed Jointly by Mrs Sarah
Smith Entenza and Manuel Entenza and due and payable at
Waldo Fla on the twenty sixth day of April AD 1884 with interest
at ten per cent per annum from date payable annually Now
this Indenture Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
the better securing the payment of the said sum of money mentioned
in said promissory note and also for and in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred dollars to her in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents does grant bargain sell alien remise release convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second part and his
heirs and assigns forever all of a certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being at or near Waldo Station in Alachua Co and
State of Florida described as follows:-The west half of Lot three
(3) Block Six (6) in Branning's first Addition to the said town
of Waldo containing three thousand and Eighty five and a
half square yards (3085 1/2) more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof And Also all the estate right title interest Separate
Estate property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in Equity of the said party of the first
of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances. To Have and To Hold the above granted
and described premises unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns for his own proper use benefit and behoof
forever. Provided always and these presents are on this express
condition that if the said Mrs Sarah Smith Entenza or Manuel
Entenza or their heirs executors or administrators shall well
and truly pay unto the said party of the second part or his
heirs executors administrators or assigns the said sum of money
covenanted to be paid by said note with interest according
to the true intent and meaning thereof together with all
costs charges and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees
and commissions which the said party of the second part may
incur or be put to in collecting the same by foreclosure or
otherwise and shall pay all taxes and assessments levied or
assessed on said Mortgaged premises and shall comply with all
the covenants contained in this Mortgage and pay all the
moneys secured thereby that then these presents and the
Estate hereby granted shall cease determine and be absolutely
null and void and the said party of the first part for herself
and for heirs executors and administrators does hereby
