Manuel Entenza and Mrs Sarah Smith Entenza to me well known
as the persons described in and who executed the foregoing Mortgage
Deed and acknowledged that they executed the same for the
purpose therein expressed Whereupon it is prayed that the same
may be recorded In Witness whereof I have hereunto affixed my
hand and seal this twenty sixth day of April AD One thousand

  Lee McDonald to Mrs Susan A. Sparkman

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Whereas I Lee McDonald am Justly indebted to
Susan A. Sparkman in the sum of ($25000} Two hundred and fifty
dollars which said sum of money is covenanted to be paid by my
certain promissory note bearing even date herewith for the sum of
Two hundred and fifty dollars. And whereas I am desirous
of fully and better securing the payment of said note and the
sum of money mentioned therein Therefore know all men by
these presents that I Lee McDonald for and in consideration
of the premises and of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid
have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said Susan A. Sparkman her heirs
and assigns all the following described piece parcel or tract of
land to wit: one acre square in the North East corner of Block
(2) Two North West quarter of Section (5) five Township (10) Ten south
Range (20) twenty East in Browns addition to the town of
Gainesville Alachua County Florida Containing ten acres less (15')
fifteen feet on each side left for Streets Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, To have and to hold the same unto the said Susan
A. Sparkman in fee simple absolute forever Provided however and these
presents are upon this express consideration that if the said Lee
McDonald his heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or
cause to be paid the sum of money covenanted to be paid by said
note together with the interest to accrue thereon according to the
legal tenor thereof then this obligation shall become null and
void else to remain in full force and virtue and it is hereby
