further agreed and Stipulated that the said Lee McDonald will
pay all expenses costs and attorneys fees which the said parties
may be put to in inforcing the Collection of the aforesaid sum of
money covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure or

Know all men by these Presents that I Joseph Persley
of Alachua County Florida party of the first part for
Securing the payment of the money herein mentioned and in
consideration of the sum of one dollar to me paid by
Charles M. Weeks of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained and sold and by these presents do bargain
and sell unto the said party of the second part his heirs executors
administrators and assigns all the goods chattels and personal
property mentioned in the schedule hereunto annexed and now
in the possession of said Persley. To Have and to Hold all and
singular the said goods chattels and personal property above
bargained and sold or intended so to be unto the said party
of the second part his executors administrators and assigns forever
And the said party of the first part for myself my heirs executors
and administrators all and singular the said goods chattels and
personal property above bargained and sold unto the said party
of the second part his heirs executors administrators and assigns against
myself the party of the first part and against all and ever person
